​Moving Disclaimer:

Small Time Moving keeps its prices and work ethics transparent, simple and straight forward. Our rates reflect the pricing we charge for moves that are normally typical for a two person moving crew. Our rates don't include the cost of special equipment for delicate or extremely heavy and/or awkward shaped items. Examples are grand pianos, heavy/delicate natural stone furniture such as marble, restaurant sized sub zero fridges, human sized concrete vases or palm trees just to name a few. We do not move these kinds of things. Small Time Moving can provided referrals to specialized companies we trust and have worked with if needed. 


Most heavy items can be moved safely by a two person crew if the weight of the item is within reason, but please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse to move anything that is extremely and unreasonably heavy or even delicate to move by a two man crew. We use precaution and good judgement. If it is determined that the item(s) can be safely lifted with some extra help, we can provide the extra mover at $28 per hour, per each person. Such an attempt to move anything unreasonably heavy can cause bodily harm and/or damages to the item or to the surrounding property. While we enjoy going out of our way and beyond to provide quality service to our customers, we move things that are within reason. We believe in safety coming first.
